Job Summary:
The Imaging Services Specialist is responsible for conducting a variety of imaging examinations to support the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately operate imaging machinery
  • Adhere to safety and radiation protection protocols
  • Assist medical professionals during specialized procedures
  • Administer contrast agents and medications as needed
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Submit high-quality images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree is mandatory
  • Previous experience is not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Capable of standing, walking, lifting, and moving patients
  • Ability to use vision, hearing, and speech effectively
  • Proficient in keyboarding and data entry tasks
  • Engaging in various physical activities
