Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • ASQ Certification in Software Quality Engineering (SQE) is preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and tracking of tasks for Software Quality Engineers.
  • Facilitate data entry and review within software development and bug-tracking systems.
  • Support the development and execution of test plans and scripts.
  • Contribute to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives.
  • Engage in software design reviews to provide insights on functional requirements, user experience, and quality considerations.
  • Assist the technical writing team by documenting updates and improvement suggestions based on software design and testing results.
