Key Responsibilities:

Energy Efficiency Assessments:

• Perform comprehensive energy efficiency assessments in residential properties, utilizing specialized tools and following established guidelines.
• Conduct detailed inspections to identify energy-saving opportunities, including insulation, air sealing, and heating system improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of assessment outcomes and ensure adherence to program standards.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather and evaluate technical data during energy assessments to assist Home Efficiency Specialists in formulating tailored recommendations for homeowners.
• Provide insights and regular updates to program personnel, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
• Keep organized documentation of customer interactions and assessment results.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the local, on-site representative for the program and our organization, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Effectively communicate with homeowners, addressing questions, clarifying energy efficiency concepts, and advocating for our services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring homeowner satisfaction throughout the assessment process.

Area Management:

• Travel within the designated area to conduct energy assessments at various residential sites.
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet assessment goals and provide prompt, reliable service to homeowners.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and strict compliance with safety protocols during all site visits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior experience is necessary.
• We offer comprehensive training and provide all required equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with strong computer skills and proficiency in using technology for data collection and reporting.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.

Benefits:

• Opportunity to earn a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, which includes fees and bonuses.
