About this Role:

You will work closely with top-tier clients in chip and IP design, driving innovation and delivering impactful results. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Annual Compensation:$200,000 - $240,000

Your Key Duties
  • Design and implement advanced AI models and infrastructure that support 10+ customers in the chip and IP sectors.
  • Make critical architectural decisions to define key product features and the co-pilot's overall direction.
  • Collaborate with users to translate feedback into actionable product updates and new features.
  • Work with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and core strategy.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and PyTorch programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of ML models, LLMs, foundation models, and agent-based systems.
  • Proven experience building ML pipelines and working with LLMs/foundation models.
  • Motivation to apply AI/ML to transform chip design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality code quickly.
