About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Care Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our comprehensive care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-operative assessments, consultations, and wound care to patients
  • Collaborate with cardiac/cardiovascular surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct inpatient and surgical optimization, interventions, and other procedures as needed
  • See clinic outpatients and inpatients, ensuring timely and effective care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience working in a cardiovascular care setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
