About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • No experience required, but a passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn is essential
  • A current state alcohol-server license is required
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
