This is a clinical faculty position within the Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology at the University of Wisconsin. The successful candidate will provide clinical patient care at UW Health approved locations, engage in academic duties, and participate in scholarly activities.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care for patients with rheumatic diseases at UW Health approved locations.
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical settings.
- Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
- Completed accredited Rheumatology fellowship training.
- Formal experience in teaching, both didactic and in the clinical setting, of Rheumatology to learners enrolled in a Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (AOACOCA) accredited medical school and/or Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited program.
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine as well as Rheumatology.
This position requires work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
