POSITION SUMMARY

The Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant role focuses on executing therapeutic programs for clients with developmental challenges while adhering to established guidelines.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, at a Grade 12 proficiency level.
  • Capable of performing hands-on service tasks effectively.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Must pass background checks without any criminal records.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provide individualized services that respect the unique needs of each client.
  • Regularly evaluate clients' abilities and interests.
  • Promote community participation based on clients' skills.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities.
