About the Role

KCA Neurology seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-examination procedures, including vital signs, patient history, and initial assessments.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and administer medications as directed by the physician.
  • Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive clinic experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clinic staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standard of care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a medical office, particularly in neurology, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
