We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to fill a PRN role at UofL Health – South Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering comprehensive care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Education and Certification: Maintain current licensure and certification in physical therapy, as well as CPR and BLS through the American Heart Association.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy is required, with a DPT degree preferred.
- Certification and Experience: CPR and BLS certification, as well as experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.
