Key Responsibilities:Patient Evaluation:

Assess and develop care plans for assigned patients, ensuring their needs are met and their health outcomes are optimized.

Care Implementation:

Execute and document patient care effectively, using your expertise and judgment to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Testing and Medication Administration:

Conduct various patient tests and administer medications as per your scope of practice, always prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Patient and Family Education:

Teach patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Key Qualifications:
  • A current RN license in Arkansas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or to be obtained within 90 days of employment).
