Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the quality of life for our clients
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Remind clients to take medication and assist with transfers and positioning
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience caring for a senior or adult
  • Ability to competently perform assigned tasks
  • Good communication skills and warmth and compassion for people under your care
  • Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
