Job Title: Transmission Line Superintendent

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Transmission Line Superintendent to lead our construction efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from site preparation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction of transmission lines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
