Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through the use of the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans, promoting effective communication and coordination of care.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to provide patient-centered care, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care delivery and maximizing resource utilization.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field of orthopedic neurology.
- Current unencumbered licensure with the WV Board of Registered Professional Nurses or equivalent state board.
- One year of nursing experience, with a focus on orthopedic neurology.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
