Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Royalton Place. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in establishing effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff. You will assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities, implement residents' care plans, and work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
  • Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
  • Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
Requirements
