Job Description

The Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks. Responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient Work Place. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
  • Performing manual labor tasks such as saw cutting, bead blasting, deburring, grinding, and punching.
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties, including welders and machinists.
  • Learning new skills within the work place, such as operating machinery and using hand tools.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the work place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production process by performing manual labor tasks.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete tasks and projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space.
