Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a behavior health curriculum for the FM Residency Program
- Collaborate with the GME department to develop wellness activities for FM residents
- Provide assessment and treatment services for patients with mental health problems at the family medicine residency clinic
- Develop treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions for patients
- Liaise with physicians, nurses, and psychiatry staff regarding patient care and treatment
- Complete required documentation and statistical reporting in a timely manner
- Provide telehealth interventions and curbside consultations to the primary care team
