Parking Lot Attendant Job Description

At Ocean Havens, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our parking lots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Collection: Collect parking fees and enforce parking policies to ensure maximum revenue collection.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our guests, answering any questions they may have about parking or getting around our facilities.
  • Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints and inquiries while offering valuable information, solutions where possible, and great customer service.
  • Lot Maintenance: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the lots, including maintaining cleanliness of booths, equipment, and structures.
  • Safety Monitoring: Monitor the lots for safety issues and report any concerns to the leadership group.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with finding lost cars or personal items and provide directions to parking areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to maintain traffic flow during high occupancy events.
  • Entrance Monitoring: Monitor entrances to help guests navigate and access parking safely.
  • Parking Counts: Help maintain accurate parking counts.
  • Core Values: Serve the citizens and guests of Ocean Havens by abiding by all Ocean Havens core values.
  • Safety Practices: Perform job in accordance with all Ocean Havens safety practices.
