Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contributing to sales volume growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales volume growth
  • Assist clients with floral, plant, and accessory selection
  • Prep and design floral and plant products based on skill and experience level
  • Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Participate in daily store setup and break down
  • Contribute to the consistent maintenance and refreshment of product merchandising
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, design, and/or retail industries is preferred
  • Professional or personal experience in floriculture, horticulture, and/or design is desired but not required
  • Proven ability to efficiently and professionally meet client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
