Job Description

This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting Ion's FX solutions across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to clients regarding the implementation of new FX solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, subject-matter experts, and technology leads.
  • Design and implement static migration tools to import data from legacy systems.
  • Resolve technical issues related to solution implementation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate integration points and workflows with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify critical implementation issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by working closely with ION and client project managers, product owners, operations teams, and technology members.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum based on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation, API development, and FX solutions (Delivery and Confirmation).

Familiarity with underlying services such as trade approval, confirmation matching, settlement manager, rules engine server, business process manager, message manager, alerts manager, and Trade Flow Analytics design and implementation.
