Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client care plans and service agreements
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, homemaking, and personal hygiene
  • Provide mobility and walking assistance, as well as transportation and errand running services
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with routine transfers
  • Maintain kitchen and bathroom facilities, and perform laundry duties
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photo copy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Completed HHA Competency test
  • Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement
