Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving an excellent customer experience and revenue growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Implement and maintain high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish sales floor as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment that meets our high standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to drive performance improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members through clear communication and coaching.
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.
  • Embody a culture of respect and open communication within the team.
  • Ensure the security of the store and its assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in using retail software and systems, including Shopify and Shopify POS.
  • Excellent fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to work independently.
  • Humble, hungry, and smart approach to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 38-40 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
