Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving an excellent customer experience and revenue growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Implement and maintain high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue and drive sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish sales floor as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment that meets our high standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to drive performance improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members through clear communication and coaching.
- Educate and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.
- Embody a culture of respect and open communication within the team.
- Ensure the security of the store and its assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in using retail software and systems, including Shopify and Shopify POS.
- Excellent fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
- Strong self-awareness and ability to work independently.
- Humble, hungry, and smart approach to work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 38-40 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
