Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the barista area, customer seating, and restrooms.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
