Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembler Technician to join our team at Dover Corporation. As an Assembler Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and layout drawings to assemble complex mechanical systems.
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including pneumatic circuits, cylinders, valves, regulators, and controls.
  • Assemble and install threaded and welded pipe, valves, and fittings, and related hardware.
  • Document labor hours, complete production and quality forms, and report any discrepancies with work order material BOMs.
  • Participate in team continuous improvement projects, tracking required metrics and participating in daily meetings.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with a general understanding of basic mechanics or millwright hand tool use.
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings and interpret electrical drawings.
  • Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.
Work Environment

This position is located in a factory setting, and the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud, and PPE may be required. All company safety policies must be followed, and required PPE for respective work areas must be worn without exception.
