Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Success On The Spectrum. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Record client responses into the Central Reach program and convert appointments into billing.
  • Attend bi-weekly ABA Staff Meetings and assist the BCBA in delivering patient updates.
  • Conduct direct therapy, model, and support behavior technicians to achieve optimal expectations of direct treatment.
  • Maintain and organize patient materials necessary for therapy treatment.
  • Provide feedback and modeling to promote a positive work environment for all staff.
  • Write detailed SOAP notes and attend quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities.
  • Perform general end-of-day cleaning duties.
