    • Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in group settings.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student progress.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Keep detailed records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in speech-language pathology and apply best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certifications
    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Valid Pennsylvania state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong knowledge of IDEA and other special education regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
