Job Summary

Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of seasoned therapists. As a clinician with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough therapy screenings and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality daily treatment sessions to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
  • Manage billing and documentation processes efficiently, utilizing Net Health (formerly Optima HCS) to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans that meet residents' needs and goals
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • State licensure for the state in which services are being provided
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
