Duties and Responsibilities
As a receptionist/veterinary technician, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients and patients to the practice, scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing telephonic reminders. You will also verify payment methods and collect payments as needed. Additionally, you will perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, filing, and faxing. You will maintain the cleanliness of the hospital in all areas and perform other duties as assigned. The salary for this position is $16.00-$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
