Job Summary

The Asphalt Technician will utilize specialized equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities
  • Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and other tasks.
  • Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager, maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

What You Bring
  • A valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker with problem-solving skills, punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in physically demanding roles with frequent walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
  • Prior experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset; an engineering educational background is also desirable.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits available after a probationary period.
