The Nail Technician is a key member of our luxury spa team at Keswick Hall and Club, providing exceptional guest interactions and delivering a full range of nail services in a high-end environment.

• Deliver all nail treatments as outlined in our spa protocol manual, ensuring the highest level of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate and promote all spa facilities, services, and activities to guests, members, and staff, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop, implement, and reinforce spa treatment protocols, ensuring our protocol handbook is up-to-date and accurate, and providing ongoing training and support to team members.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, make recommendations for maintenance, and report any needed repairs to the Spa Supervisor/Director.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of our luxury spa.

• Current and active Nail Technician or Cosmetology License from the State of Virginia.
• Ability to learn, remember, and perform all nail treatments as outlined in the therapist protocol manual.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed, to meet the demands of our busy spa schedule.
