We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a critical role in managing operations, logistics, finance, safety, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of acute care hospital pharmacy management experience, with a strong background in clinical practice and leadership. A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Master's Degree in Pharmacy (MS) is required, along with a Registered Pharmacist license in the state of California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement systems to promote desirable patient outcomes through safe and cost-effective drug therapies.
  • Serve as a professional practice leader, educator, and mentor, functioning as a clinical specialist within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Manage operations, logistics, finance, safety, and risk management for the pharmacy department.

Compensation Package:

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
