Culinary Specialist

Omniscius Consulting is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at La Bonne Vie. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring, to support the kitchen team.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
• Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
• Stock Management: Receive and store deliveries, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic work environment.
• Support Team: Provide assistance to cooks and chefs during service to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
• Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recycle materials, keeping the kitchen area clean.

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for cleanliness and order.
