Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services to our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering educational programs and activities for children.
  • Assist with the supervision and care of children during daily activities, including meals, rest periods, and outdoor play.
  • Help to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including cleaning and sanitizing toys and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
