Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Night Surgical Physician Assistant (Surgical PA) to join our established and growing Surgical Advanced Practitioner Services program in Danbury, Connecticut. This role provides services to all surgical patients admitted to the hospital, as well as in Observation, Extended stay, Emergency room, and Operating room, including consults, pre and post-operative care as well as OR first assist.
Specialties include, but are not limited to, Urology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgical/Spine, Plastics, and ENT. The schedule is 3-12 hours shift with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A board certified physician assistant with surgical and/or patient management experience and/or surgical residency training.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
