Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse III to join our Riverview Primary Care team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 12 months of relevant clinical experience.
