We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in the Fetal Diagnostic Center and Labor and Delivery units.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing personnel and students as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current BLS- Healthcare Provider certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Recent Labor and Delivery acute care experience of at least 1 year.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
