**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Host to join our team at Levy. As a Banquet Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role:

• You will take food and beverage orders from guests in a prompt and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on suitable combinations when requested.
• Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.

Requirements:

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and ability to get along well with others.
