About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our therapy team to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Select and implement therapy activities to meet the needs and capabilities of our residents
  • Assist residents in performing daily activities and provide encouragement and support
  • Teach residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily functions
  • Monitor resident progress and report to the OT
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks for the therapy team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited OTA program
  • Current OTA license
  • Experience in long-term care settings preferred
