Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Permanent Preconstruction Manager to become a vital part of our team. This position demands proficiency in commercial construction estimating and preconstruction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning for construction initiatives. Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors is a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and supervise all preconstruction phases of projects.
  • Develop precise and clearly defined budgets and estimates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure achievement of project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates.
  • Review cost estimates for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Engage in contract negotiation and awarding processes.
  • Stay informed about construction market trends and pricing.

Qualifications:
