- Quality Assurance: Maintain the accuracy and dependability of results by following established quality control protocols.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret test outcomes with accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Oversee laboratory instruments, documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Effective Communication: Share findings with healthcare professionals as required for patient management.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in the role of a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Certification: ASCP or AMT Certification is mandatory.
- Certification: Current BLS Certification is required.
