Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Evaluate and Improve Training Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and Maintain Training Materials: Develop and maintain training materials, including course manuals, presentations, and other supporting materials.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees who are using our training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience using Captivate or other instructional development software.
  • Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including familiarity with MS SharePoint. Strong technical writing skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability determination/security clearance.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment. The position may also require working in other environments as needed. The company offers a hybrid telecommuting option, with a minimum of 2 days per week working onsite at the government facility.
