We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Substitute Nurse to join our team at School Administrative Unit 39. As a Substitute Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect care to students, maintaining health records and collaborating with teachers and administrators to ensure effective daily health supervision.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect care to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards of practice, and individual health plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, completing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure effective daily health supervision of all students.
- Ensure all immunizations and physicals are up-to-date per school district policy for student admittance.
- Work with and supervise Medical Assistants, delegating tasks as necessary in accordance with NH state rules and regulations.
- Function in accordance with the NH Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses, and School District Policies and Procedures.
- Current NH RN license.
- Pediatric experience and school experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and administrators.
A competitive daily rate of $200.00 per day, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
