As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will work closely with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting monthly sales goals, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate New Silver's value proposition, pricing, and process to borrowers.
  • Drive sales with a consultative approach, focusing on DSCR loan products.
  • Meet and beat monthly sales goals (estimated origination volume: $5mm+ per month).
  • Build strong relationships with borrowers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of successful experience as a mortgage loan officer.
  • Highly motivated, sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • NMLS license preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and navigate office technology.
