Psychotherapist - Adult w/ Virtual Options

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

• Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing effective techniques aligned with the physician's directives and patient goals.
• Review and evaluate patient medical records, conducting diagnostic assessments to inform treatment plans and providing timely emergency interventions when necessary.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy and patient progress, contributing to the refinement of treatment strategies.
• Spends 80% of time engaged in clinical practice, nurturing face-to-face interactions with patients and families, while allocating 20% to essential administrative tasks and maintaining important external connections.
• Accurate and efficient documentation is crucial, ensuring all records are completed promptly.

• LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
• 2+ years' experience
