**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at KPC Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutritional care and education to patients of all ages.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide personalized nutrition care and education to patients, including infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition-related policies and procedures
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements:**

* Current CA RD License or RDA eligible
* BLS and MAB Certificate (90 days upon hire) required
* Minimum 6 months experience preferred
