Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Equity Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting bank products and services to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-building activities
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promote bank products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, providing accurate and timely information to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous banking experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
