Job Summary

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using assigned equipment and procedures.
  • Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help load and unload supplies and product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a dishwasher is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet health and safety standards.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
