About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities, SNFs, and ALFs. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, administering individualized treatments and medications, and developing care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, SNFs, and ALFs
- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $50-$61 (25% higher than average)
- Choice of shift types (day/night, weekday/weekends, per diem, etc.) and facilities
