Lead Budtender

At Quality Roots, we're seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Lead Budtender to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced cannabis professional who can lead by example and inspire our team to provide the highest level of service. If you have a deep understanding of the cannabis industry and a passion for educating customers, we want to hear from you.

• Lead and coach staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining accurate records.
• Track sales metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Oversee employee scheduling and attendance, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with employee training and review process, and maintain a strong relationship with corporate staff.

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable access to transportation
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Managerial experience 1+ years preferred
• Retail experience 3+ years preferred
• Full-time availability, evening and weekend availability required
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, bend, or walk throughout the workday
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs
