Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client-centric manner.
Maintain confidential personnel files.
Assist management in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including proposed disciplinary notices.
Assist with staffing, including check-in and check-out procedures for events.
Assist with events, projects, and coordinates employee appreciation activities.
Attend job fairs and career events.
File documents into appropriate employee files.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns or questions, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
